Assad-Russian bombing campaign continues, two hospitals destroyed, civilians killed

Russian warplanes and Assad regime are bombing cities and towns in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, killing and injuring civilians, Orient News correspondents said.

The al-Ferdos Hospital and al-Kenana Hospital in Darat Izza town in Aleppo countryside were rendered out of service following Russian airstrikes that deliberately targeted them.

Two civilians, including a woman were killed and others were injured on Monday (February 17) after the Russian warplanes targeted civilian homes and the hospitals in Darat Izza town.

In Idlib countryside, Assad artillery shells targeted a popular market and civilian homes, killing a civilian and causing substantial material damage.

On Wednesday, four members of a forcibly displaced family, including a child, were killed and three others were injured after a Russian warplane bombed Kafr Emma village in Aleppo countryside.

Assad-Russian warplanes have committed dozens of massacres in Idlib and Hama countryside since they launched their bombing campaign on the 30th of April, largely violating the de-escalation zone deal reached between Russia and Turkey.
