Russian and Assad warplanes have targeted towns and villages in the countryside of Idlib, killing and injuring civilians.
Three civilians were killed on Saturday (November 23) in Kafranbel, according to Orient News correspondent.
Wednesday death toll in Qah IDPs camp rose to 13 after a baby succumbed to his wounds.
Population in Idlib largely grew by displaced Syrians from other parts of the country after Assad militias and their allies advanced.
