Six civilians killed as YPG shells Aleppo countryside
PKK-affiliated YPG militiamen shelled on Tuesday (October 15) civilian-populated areas in Aleppo countryside, killing and injuring civilians, White Helmets reported.

YPG artillery shells and rockets targeted on Tuesday afternoon several villages and towns in Aleppo countryside, including Merza, Tal Ali and al-Shohaib, killing at least six civilians and injuring 13 others.

Yesterday, three children were injured when YPG militiamen launched a mortar attack on Jarablus city in Aleppo countryside.

Last Wednesday, a civilian was killed and many others were injured by similar attacks in Jarablus city.  

Turkey on Wednesday (October 9) announced the launch of Operation Peace Spring east of the Euphrates River in northern Syria to secure its borders by eliminating terrorist elements to ensure the safe return of Syrian refugees and Syria's territorial integrity.
