Earlier on Tuesday, Assad militiamen shelled with rockets Haas, Talmenis, Hazarin, Maaret Hurmeh and Kafranbel in Idlib southern countrywide.

Also on Tuesday, one civilian was killed by the Assad heavy artillery shells in the town of Jarjanaz.

Idlib is that largest area in Syria controlled by the opposition fighters and Hayet Tahrir al-Sham with a population swollen by other Syrians displaced from other parts of the country after the Assad terrorists, backed by relentless Russian air bombing campaign and Iranian infantry Shiite militias, advanced towards Eastern Ghouta, Homs, Hama, Daraa and many opposition-held areas.
