IED injures civilians in Aleppo’s al-Bab
An explosion ripped through Aleppo countryside on Saturday (August 3), injuring civilians, Orient correspondent said.

An improvised explosive device (IED) exploded on Saturday morning in a car in al-Bab city, injuring civilians, including women and children.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast.

Yesterday, an IED exploded in a car in Akhtarin town, killing a local Military Police officer and injuring nine family members.

Last week, four explosions caused by motorbike bombs occurred almost simultaneously in crowded areas in Aleppo north-eastern countryside, killing and injuring civilians.

Several explosions have blasted the densely populated opposition-held areas in northern Syria, including areas controlled by the Turkey-backed opposition factions.
