Assad airstrikes hit Maaret al-Nu'man in Idlib, killings continue
Russian-Assad warplanes targetted on Thursday the town of Maaret al-Numan in Idlib southern countryside, killing at least 2 civilians and injuring others, Orient New correspondent said.  

In the city of Kafranbel, Assad terrorists shelled houses with rockets, destroying and significantly damaging houses.     

"Reconnaissance drones are flying in the sky of Idlib," Orient News correspondent added. 

On Wednesday (July 24) at least 20 civilians were killed by the Russian warplanes; 10 civilians in Tabeesh, 5 in Ariha, 2 in Latmeen while 3 other civilians were killed in the town of Mhambel.

On Monday (July 22), at least 51 civilians lost their lives in Maaret al-Nu'man and Saraqib. 

UK Special Envoy to Syria condemned in a statement the airstrikes which killed over 50 civilians on Monday and called for a ceasefire in Idlib. 

The bombing campaign is ongoing. It has killed more than 1060 civilians since it was launched on Idlib on the 30th of April.
