FSA withdraws from villages it captured in Aleppo northern countryside
The Free Syrian Army (FSA) says that its units have withdrawn from the two villages of al Malikiya and Maranaz in Aleppo northern countryside after capturing them for hours.

The FSA withdrew from al Malikiya and Maranaz because of the large number of booby traps and IEDs planted by the PKK-affiliated YPG militias in the two villages, Orient News correspondent said.

The clashes are ongoing on the outskirts of the villages amid reports of military support given by the Assad militias to the YPG group.

Orient News learnt from special sources that eleven bodies of the YPG militias reached to the Hospital of Tal Rifaat.

Syrian media activists took photos from inside Maranaz village after the FSA captured it on Saturday.

The YPG controls Tal Rifaat and the neighbouring villages in Aleppo northern countryside. They also control Raqqa, Hasaka, the northern half of Deir ez-Zoor and other oil-rich areas in Syria.
