On Saturday, three children and a woman were injured by cluster bombs launched by the regime militias on the town of Ma'aret al-Nu'man.
Idlib is the largest part of Syria controlled by anti-Assad regime factions with a population swollen by the regime and its allies' advances in other parts of the country.
