Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets on Friday (March 29) in Kafr Takharim town in Idlib countryside, singing the songs of the Syrian revolution and confirming that the Syrian revolution is continuous until victory.
The demonstrators asked the international community to force Assad regime to release the detainees.
“We call for moderate Islam and reject extremism,” a demonstrator told Orient. “These national symbols express the hopes and aspirations of the Syrian people,” he added
Earlier this month, Syrian demonstrators took to the streets in more than 30 towns and villages on the 8th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.
Idlib is the largest part of Syria controlled by opposition with a population swollen by Syrians who were displaced by the Assad regime and its allies’ advances in other parts of the country.
