Russia commits massacre in Idlib countryside
Russian warplanes committed a massacre on Friday evening (March 22) in Idlib countryside, killing and injuring dozens of civilians, Orient correspondent reported.

White Helmets said that 15 civilians were killed, including four children and a woman in 11 follow-up airstrikes and at least 27 people were injured, including 13 children in the towns of Kafraya and Foua.

Meanwhile, Assad artillery shells and rockets targeted several villages, towns and cities in Idlib countryside, including Khan Sheikhoun and al-Khuwayn, causing substantial material damage.

In Hama countryside, Assad artillery shells targeted a mosque in al-Hawija village at prayer time

Assad artillery shells targeted  on Friday noon civilian homes in Jisr Beit ALras village in al-Ghab plain, injuring two civilians.

In the evening, Assad artillery shells targeted  civilian homes in al-Hawash village in Hama countryside,  killing a woman and injuring civilians.

The Russian occupation committed 27 massacres in Syria in 2019, according to SNHR report. 

The total victim death toll of massacres committed by Russian forces in 2018 reached 338 civilians, including 133 children, and 75 women.

Idlib and Hama countryside are within the de-escalation zones reached on Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
