An Assad militiaman was assassinated on Thursday (February 14) in Daraa countryside, Orient correspondent said.
Unidentified men assassinated chief warrant officer, Nazir Abu Hassan, in his car on the road linking Tafas town and Daraa city, Orient correspondent added.
Nazir was the right-hand man to the Brigadier-General, Louay al Ali, the head of the Military Security in Daraa.
Last month, the Popular Resistance in Daraa assassinated the lieutenant colonel Nedal Khouja and his companions, and vowed to conduct more attacks.
