SDF attacks Syrian feminist in Raqqa
A number of the PKK-affiliated Syrian Demcratic Forces (SDF) raided on Thursday (February 14) the house of a Syrian activist in the city of Raqqa, sources said.

Photos of Reem al-Naser were published on social media with her head covered with blood, as she was reported to have been brutally beaten.

Reem was gun-whipped by the militia men. She was taken to hospital as her condition was serious.

The reason behind the SDF’s raid of Reem’s house was unknown.

Reem writes on her Facebook page that she is a woman rights activist and an activist in civil society organizations.

SDF claimed victory over ISIS terrorists in Raqqa in October 2017, raising their racist flags over the once-called ISIS caliphate.
