US led-coalition commits massacre in Deir-ez-Zor countryside

US-led coalition warplanes attacked Deir-ez-Zor countryside on Saturday (Nov. 17), killing dozens of civilians, local sources told Orient Net.
The aircraft attacked civilian homes in al-Bobadran neighborhood in al Bokaan Jazeera village in Hajin in Deir-ez-Zor eastern countryside, killing 40 civilians including women and children.
On Tuesday, US-led coalition warplanes attacked civilian homes in al-Bobadran neighborhood in al-Soussa village in Deir-ez-Zor eastern countryside, killing 17 members of one family, including 13 children.
Last week, the airstrikes targeted al-Shaafah town, Killing at least 35 civilian including women and children and injuring others.
Hundreds of civilians have been killed and injured in airstrikes conducted by the US-led coalition in Deir-ez-Zor.
The US-led coalition is fighting the remnants of ISIS near the frontier between Syria and Iraq. With air power and special forces on the ground, it backs the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a Kurdish-led alliance of militias.
