Ghassan Aboud warns against Assad deadly “reconciliation”, addressing the situation in Idlib

In a dialogue and in an attempt to analyze the current situation in Idlib, amid the likelihood of a military escalation, Ghassan Aboud presents his view of the Assad regime’s structure and its “reconciliation” plan. Aboud discusses the response of the people of Idlib and their relationship with the Assad regime after the bitter experience in the 1980s, from which Syrians are still tracked by the Assad intelligence. Aboud is confident that the battle of Idlib - if it takes place - will not be easy, and will put to the test the steadfastness of all Syrians in the face of the crimes of the Assad regime and its allies.
