Russian warplanes hit a neighbourhood in Idlib on Wednesday (March 15). Two airstrikes were conducted by Assad or Russian terrorists to destroy a building on the heads of its dwellers. Civil defence volunteers tried to recover the bodies from under the rubble. The death toll mounted to 13 civilians, but Orient News correspondent was told that it would rise .
