Assad Astana delegation includes US-sanctioned members
Assad regime’s delegation to Astana Syria talks includes Brigadier Mohammad Rahmoon, the head of Assad regime’s air intelligence service in the city of Harasta in Damascus eastern countryside, Assad Lieutenant General Adnan Hellwa and Assad Colonel Samer al-Bredi, Orient Net learnt from special sources.

Al-Rahmoon was the main responsible for the chemical massacre in 2013. He was also among the 18 Assad terrorists Washington sanctioned for standing behind using chemical weapons in 2014 and 2015.

The brigadier tortured hundreds of Syrians to death in the Assad Harasta intelligence center, notorious for cruelty and inhumanity. Syrians nickname it the "Center of Death" in a reference to the large numbers of Syrian detainees disappearing there.

Lieutenant General Adnan Helwa launched attacks on civilians and took part in torturing Syrian opposition activists, according to the US Ambassador to the Security Council Samantha Power.

Orient Net sources confirmed that Assad Colonel Samer al-Bredi arrived in Astana today. Al-Bredi ordered to kill and detain hundreds of civilians in Douma of Damascus eastern countryside before he was promoted to be the director of Assad national security office headed by Ali Mammlouk.

Brigadier Ali Safi, the leader of the Shiite militia, "the National Defense Forces," was also seen in the Kazakh capital.

The Obama administration imposed this month sanctions on 18 Assad terrorists in response to the use of chemical weapons in Syria.

The US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on 18 Assad regime’s officials linked to the Air Force, Air Defence Forces, Army, Navy and Republican Guard over the use of chemical weapons.
