Ahrar al-Sham: We have reservations on new ceasefire
Opposition fighters’ Ahrar al-Sham Movement said Thursday evening that it has some reservations on Syria ceasefire deal reached with Assad regime and brokered by Turkey and Russia, confirming that it was not among the signatories.

Official spokesperson for Ahrar al-Sham, Ahmad Kara Ali confirmed Thursday in a tweet on his Twitter account that Ahrar al-Sham did not sign the ceasefire agreement, pointing out that they have some reservations on the agreement and proposed process.

Kara Ali said that the movement will announce the said reservations later on.

Russian defense minister said earlier on Thursday that the ceasefire deal is approved by seven major opposition fighters’ groups that have over 60,000 fighters in their ranks. The factions are Ahara al-Sham, al-Sham Legion, Jaysh al-Islam, Soqour al-Sham, Jaysh al-Mujahidin, Free Idlib Army, and al-Jabha al-Shamia.
