Even Israel condemns the Druze’s attitude to Syrian Holocaust
The pro-Assad Druze’s attitude towards the Syrian Holocaust triggered a wave of anger in the Israeli humanitarian organisations, including the “Israeli Flying Aid” (IFA) which assists survivors of natural disasters and human conflict in the world’s most dangerous regions.

Gal Lusky, the founder of the humanitarian organization (IFA), sent a formal letter to the Druze Knesset member Akram Hasson who placed the responsibility for the incidents which took place in the village of Haddar in the Golan on the Israeli government.

Lusky severely criticized Hasson in her letter describing the Druze whom Hasson was defending as killers. She referred to what took place on the 23rd of June in 2015 when Dozens of Druze residents of the village of Haddar attacked an Israeli military ambulance carrying two wounded Syrians, beating one of them to death.

Lusky considered the Syrian Druze a group of loyalists to the Assad killing regime and supporters to the Lebanese Hezbollah terrorists who made the village of Haddar a springboard to launch terrorist operations.

Lusky sent two calls; the first was a special one to urge members of the Akram Hasson’s party, Kolono Party, to morally disown Hasson’s pro- Assad statements, while the second was a call to the Druze of Israel in general to reconsider their attitude and to stand on the right side.

Gal started her letter introducing her humanitarian organization to Akram Hasson saying that the IFA has worked for five years beyond the scenes of media.

“Our organization supported Syrian internally displaced people who suffered too much from the brutal bombardment and practices of Bashar Assad, your dear, “she started her letter.

“Mr. respectable member, let me cross eyes and tees. There are groups of Druze who have to be conspicuously distinguished in Israel. They are our brothers in blood, the Druze citizens in Israel. We owe them too much. On the other hand, your dear Druze who live in Majdal Shams and Haddar. Those Assad loyalists who are not Israeli nationals. We do respect them despite their exploiting of Israel,” she said.

“Your Syrian Druze brothers, whom you are defending, are hosting Hezbollah terrorists, let alone bearing guns and participating Hezbollah terrorists in campaigns of ugly crimes and killings against women and children in the name of Bashar Assad in Syria. The only sin of those women and children is standing on the other side of the Syrian political map,” Gal added.

“It might annoy you that I raise more hard questions and issues. Did you seek help to assist your Druze brothers in Majdal Shams when Dozens of them brazenly attacked an Israeli military ambulance carrying two wounded Syrians, beating one of the Syrians to death after receiving orders from Hezbollah?  Did you make any comments on what they committed?” Gal asked.

“Your Druze brothers in Syria are but killers of women and children. They provide Hezbollah terrorists with food and guns, let alone the rumours of money raised in Israel and transferred to Syria for these very ugly crimes. I am wondering whether you were personally among those who raised money,” Gal wondered.

“Based on all the above mentioned, Mr. dear member, let me describe you as The brazen member. Anyone who bears guns or effectively takes part in fighting or in supporting any of those groups has to bear the consequences and be prepared to pay the price for his deeds,” Gal said.

“Mr. member Hasson, it is only insolent to blame Israel and its defence minister for the current condition of you Syrian Druze in the town of Haddar as they are paying the price of what they committed of sheer brutality and cruelty in standing in the side of Assad terrorists. It will be also insolent to visit the cabinet asking the prime minister to interfere and work for supporting and protecting those Druze in al-Haddar from those who have been targeting for a long time. It grieves us to know that you will call upon the prime minister to do that as you have neither shame nor decency,” Gal added.

Gal concluded: “It is regretting that we are in a time at which we recognize that we are losing the media war about our good reputation. If we were standing doing nothing in a time at which Syrian people suffer from the woes of Assad regime, some will put us in the cage of the indifference and silence. But as we made our mind to give aid to Syrians afflicted with the bloody conflict and atrocities committed against them, Mr. respectable member Hasson and his ilk will also blame us.

Best regards

Gal Lusky, the founder and General Director of IFA.”
