The senior Syrian opposition negotiator George Sabra said on Wednesday that Assad’s insistence on controlling aid was obstructing its delivery, Reuters reported.
"I do not think that the US-Russia Syria truce will hold for a period longer than than those which reached in the country before," Sabra said.
It is premature to speak about the resumption of negotiations as they depend on the humanitarian articles of a resolution passed by the UN last year.
