The sharp rise in prices of oil derivatives which generate electricity in opposition-held areas, and the only two hours at which generators are run every day made Syrians come up with an alternative method to generate electricity. These ways appeared in the IDPs’ camps on the Syrian-Turkish border where Syrians cannot afford high prices of electricity.
