Kerry: Complete ceasefire and cessation of hostilities agreed in Syria
The US Secretary of State John Kerry has held a press conference in Munich along with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and the UN envoy Staffan de Mistura in which he said that a complete ceasefire and cessation of hostilities in Syria have been agreed in Syria in one week. Kerry added that this is an ambition but all hope to be implemented.  

Kerry has also said that the parties in Munich have agreed to expand humanitarian aid to worst areas mentioning the names of the areas to which the humanitarian aid is to be enforced and dropped from the air including: Madaya, al-Foua, Kafriyya, al-Mouddamiyya, Deir ez-Zor and al-Ghouta in addition to other areas in Homs and Aleppo.

Concerning the peace talks Kerry said: "Geneva talks has to be resumed".

Kerry has also said that he wants to see actions as these decisions are still words on papers and they will be tested in the coming days.
