Four hospitals targeted by Russian-Assad jets in Daraa
Russian and Assad airstrikes have targeted four Syrian field hospitals on Wednesday in Daraa countryside, forcing them to stop operating, Middle East Monitor reported.

According to AA, Russian jets targeted a field hospital in Daraa’s western Ghariyeh causing much damage and completely destroying the medicine supply.

Following the attack, the hospital announced it could no longer offer its services.

The Turkish news agency did not provide details regarding the fourth hospital, but reported that Assad regime targeted another unnamed hospital in Daraa, causing a number of deaths and injuries.

The two hospitals also announced they were unable to provide services to patients.

AA quoted doctor Mohamed al-Saleh as saying that a number of other field hospitals have suspended their work after receiving information that they could be targeted.

He added: “The Russian and Assad airstrikes against these hospitals coincided with the military escalation by Assad regime and Hezbollah on Daraa fronts.”

These hospitals are running with average capacity and in the area there is no efficient hospital that is able to receive ten cases at the same time, he said.
