Seven shepherds shot dead by suspected IRGC militiamen in Deir ez-Zoor countryside
Armed men have committed massacre in Deir ez-Zoor countryside, local media reported on Tuesday (January 14).

Suspected Iranian regime’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) shot dead seven shepherds in the Syrian desert near Ayash Badia in Aleppo countryside after they were kidnapped from Abeisan village, Euphrates Post reported.

On Thursday, Iranian militiamen shot dead six shepherds in the Syrian desert near Mekhlef Badia in Deir ez-Zoor countryside.

Last week, Iranian militias slaughtered 21 shepherds in the Syrian desert near Maadan town in Raqqa countryside.

The knife-attack victims were living in a desert area controlled by Assad, Iranian and Iranian backed militias.

Activists and local media said the three massacres are in retaliation for the death of the head of the Quds Force militia Qassem Soleimani.

The United States killed Iranian Major-General Qassem Soleimani, architect of Iranian regime’s spreading military influence in the Middle East, in an air strike on Friday (January 3) at Baghdad airport.
