Group of Assad militiamen killed in Syria's Sweida

Local sources said on Saturday (Sep 21) that a group of Assad militiamen was killed by a bomb blast in the west of Sweida.

The militiamen were in bus which belonged to the Assad Brigade 52, they were targeted on the way which links al-Dara and Sedaka in the west of Sweida.

Last August an Assad bus was also targeted in the neighboring city of Daraa where a group of Assad air intelligence members was killed.

Swedie is largely populated by the Syrian Druze who did not join the Syrian revolution against the Assad regime and they didn't also fight in the Assad army against their fellow Syrians.
