Assad regime militia says its air defences have intercepted 'hostile targets' over Damascus.

Orient News correspondent said an alleged Israeli airstrike hit an Assad location near al-Qeswa in Damascus countryside.

Israel has confirmed striking in Syria, and says it foiled an Iranian regime's drone attack.

Late last month, Assad television blamed Israel for an airstrike near the town of al-Harra in the Daraa region, saying the attack targeted Assad army positions and sites of militias in the Syrian Golan Heights that are subordinate to Hezbollah and the Iranian regime.
