Assad warplanes conducted several airstrikes on Thursday (August 1) on the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Idlib and Hama countryside, killing and injuring civilians, Orient correspondents said.

The warplanes bombed civilian homes, a school and two mosques in Jisr al-Sheghoor city in Idlib countryside, killing two children and injuring another.

Meanwhile, the warplanes bombed Kafr Nabl town, killing a woman and injuring twon children and a man.

Similar airstrikes hit Khan Sheikhoun town, injuring seven civilians.

In Hama countryside, Assad warplanes conducted several airstrikes on al-Lataminah town, killing a man and injuring another.

Assad helicopters also dropped barrel bombs on Morek town, injuring a civilian and causing substantial material damage.

Assad-Russian warplanes have committed dozens of massacres in Idlib and Hama countryside since they launched their bombing campaign on the 30th of April, largely violating the de-escalation zone deal reached between Russia and Turkey last September.
