Youth called up for military in Assad-controlled Deir ez-Zoor

Militiamen in the Assad-controlled half of Deir ez-Zoor have called up the youth to visit their conscription offices to join the Assad military service.

Call-up papers were sent to men between 18 and 30 years old, Deir ez-Zoor 24 reported on Tuesday (July 16).

Conscription offices in Assad Deir ez-Zoor half, al-Baghalia town and Hatlah sent the call-up papers.

It's worth mentioning that the Assad regime amended the conscription law which authorizes halting the university study for thousands of Syrian students to be immediately driven to the Assad military service.
