Allied opposition fighters in the National Front for Liberation shelled on Wednesday (June 26) Assad regime locations in Hama northern countryside, the group said on its social media outlets.

"The Assad-Russian Joint Operation Chamber was targetted by Grad missiles in Bredij and Karnaz," the description of the group YouTube pictures read.

It was not known whether the missiles hit their targets.

Fierce clashes are taking place in Hama northern countryside between Assad sectarian militias on one hand and opposition fighters on the other. Opposition fighters captured Tel Melleh and other towns but they lost the strategic city of Qalaet al-Madiq.

The media Syrian activist Mahmood Alhamwi posts every day the Assad and Russian air and missile attacks on Hama northern countryside's towns and cities. Kafre Zeita and Latamneh bear the brunt of the random attacks on civilian neighbourhoods.
