The Assad militia men were targeted on the way that links Busra al-Harir to Izraa, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
A group calls themselves "The Popular Resistance" carried out similar attacks in the last month against the Assad regime's militias and its allies.
Daraa is located in the south of Syria, the Assad regime took control of the city and its countryside after reaching "reconciliation" deals with locals and mediators last summer.
Daraa is the cradle of the Syrian revolution where school children wrote anti-Assad slogans on the wall of their school.
