Russian warplanes commit massacres in Syria on Friday

Russian warplanes and Assad militiamen shelled on Friday (April 26) the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Hama and Idlib countryside, killing and injuring civilians and causing material damage, Orient correspondents said.

Russian warplanes targeted on Friday night civilian homes in al-Amqiyah village in Hama countryside, killing at least five civilians and injuring others.

On Friday morning, Russian warplanes targeted civilian homes in Tal Hawash village, killing seven civilians, including four women and injuring eight other civilians.

The Russian warplanes levelled six homes in Tal Hawash village to the ground stop its civilian inhabitants.

In Idlib, Russian airstrikes targeted on Friday evening Kafranbel town, killing at least three civilians, including a girl and injuring five others.

Meanwhile, Russian airstrikes and Assad shelling targeted several villages, towns, and cities in Idlib and Hama countryside, causing substantial material damage.

Idlib and Hama countryside are within the de-escalation zones reached on Syria by the three guarantor states.

The three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime concluded on Friday a two-day meeting on Syria in the Astana format in Nur-Sultan, the recently renamed Kazakh capital.
