On Syrian mother's day, Russian airstrikes kill her 4 children & husband
Multiple Russian airstrikes targeted on Thursday (March 21) the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Idlib countryside, killing five civilians of the same family, Orient correspondents said.

In the early hours of Thursday, Russian warplanes launched two airstrikes on civilian homes in al-Faqie village in Idlib countryside, killing a father and his four sons and injuring his wife, Orient correspondent added.

Syria and the Arab world celebrate Mother’s Day on March 21st. The date also coincides with the beginning of spring.

Meanwhile, Russian warplanes launched dozens of airstrikes on several villages, towns and cities in Idlib countryside, including Maarrat al-Numan, Jisr al-Shughur, and Kafr Rumah, causing substantial material damage.

Yesterday, Assad artillery shells and rockets targeted civilian homes in al-Tuwayni village  and Kinda village in Idlib countryside, killing a woman and a man and injuring other civilians.

Assad artillery shells also targeted yesterday civilian homes in al-Ankawi village in Hama countryside, killing two children and injuring civilians.

Idlib and Hama countryside are within the de-escalation zones reached on Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
