Peaceful protesters hit the streets in Tafas town on Monday night, chanting "Bashar get out, Syria is free."
The demonstrators called for an immediate cessation of bombardment on Idlib and the south of Syria.
They also called for the release the detainees in Assad regime prisons, chanting “free the detainees.”
The demonstrators expressed their refusal of the reconciliation agreement with the Assad regime, describing those who signed reconciliation agreement with the Assad regime as traitors.
The protest came after the Assad regime's militiamen built a new statue for Hafez Assad, Bashar's father, in the city.
On Sunday, People in Daraa took to the streets and chanted anti-Assad slogans to prove their rejection to the idea of building the Assad statue.
Syrians shared the videos of the demonstration on social media and said that they reminded them of the early weeks of the Syrian revolution.
