Three killed, including media activist as Assad militias shell Khan Sheikhoun

Assad militiamen shelled on Sunday (March 10) for the twenty-ninth consecutive day the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Idlib countryside, killing three civilians and injuring others and causing material damage, Orient correspondent said.

Assad militias shelled 50 rockets on civilian homes in Khan Sheikhoun town in Idlib countryside, killing three civilians, including a woman and a child and a media activist (Naseef Sarmani) and injuring six others, including four children. 

Meanwhile, Assad airstrikes, artillery shells and rockets targeted civilian homes in several cities, towns and villages in Idlib countryside, including Saraqib, Jarjanaz, and al-Tah, causing material damage.

Idlib countryside is within the de-escalation zones reached on Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
