Assad militiamen shelled on Friday (March 1) the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Hama and Idlib countryside, killing and injuring civilians and causing material damage, Orient correspondent said.

Assad artillery shells and rockets targeted on Friday civilian homes in Khan Sheikhoun town in Idlib countryside, killing a civilian, and injuring others, Orient correspondent added.

Meanwhile, Assad artillery targeted civilian homes Maarrat Hurma village in Maarrat al-Numan city, killing a child.

On Thursday, Assad warplanes, artillery shells and rockets targeted civilian homes in Khan Sheikhoun town in Idlib countryside, killing a civilian, and injuring two other civilians.

Idlib and Hama countryside are within the de-escalation zones reached in Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
