Assad militias shell DMZ in Hama countryside

Assad militias targeted on Friday night with artillery shells and rockets the farmlands in Kafr Zita town, and al-Lataminah town within the demilitarized zone of Hama countryside, causing material damage, Orient correspondent added.

No civilian causalities were reported.

Last month, the Assad regime's militias shelled the towns of al-Lataminah and Seqiq, killing a baby, and injuring many civilians and causing extensive damage in buildings.

Hama countryside is within the de-escalation zones reached in Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
