The Russian patrols are conducted in the northeast of Manbij in Aleppo eastern countryside, the head of the Russian military police said on Sunday (February 3).
Vladmir Ivanovsky confirmed that the Russian patrols are also conducted in Aleppo northern countryside's Tal Rifaet and other observation points in Aleppo countryside to establish and ensure that the ceasefire is holding, according to Russia Today.
Russia officially launched its airstrikes in Syria in September 2015 to back Assad regime after the latter lost two thirds of Syria's area.
The Russian patrols were dispatched in Daraa countryside, Homs northern countryside and started work in Aleppo countryside's Manbij on the eighth of January this year.
