The Assad regime's militias shelled on Wednesday (January 23) towns and villages in Hama northern countryside, Orient News correspondent said.
The shelling killed a baby, injured many civilians and caused extensive damage in buildings in the towns of Latamneh and Seqiq.
Orient News correspondent said that at least 50 houses were also destroyed or partially damaged in Kafr Zeita.
A Turkish observation post is located in Hama northern countryside's Morek to de-escalate fighting in the area.
Aleppo countryside Idlib and Hama northern countryside are included in the de-escalation deal reached last year between the Turkish president and his Russian counterpart in Sochi.
