A car bomb or IEDs have exploded in al-Hammam Square in Syria’s Latakia, Assad regime’s Alikhbaria says.
The area is crowded and as it is a crossroad which leads to the city centre and into the Latakia countryside.
At least one man has been killed and 11 injured.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Latakia, Bashar Assad's home town, and Tartous are the main human resources of the Assad army, which the regime depended on in suppressing and killing Syrians since the Syrian revolution started in 2011.
