An explosion took place on Wednesday (Dec 12) in the city of al-Bab in Aleppo eastern countryside, Orient News correspondent said.
The explosion has killed one and injured seven, causing material damage in shops and vehicles, the al-Bab public Facebook page reported.
Al-Bab is controlled by the opposition fighters backed by the Turkish military.
Dozens of Syrian IDPs have moved to live in al-Bab after the Assad regime and its allies displaced them from different areas of Syria, including Deir ez-Zoor and eastern Ghouta.
Al-Bab was completely liberated from ISIS terrorists on 23th of February in 2017.
