SNHR: 192 civilians killed in Syria in Sep. 2018
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said in a report published on Monday (Oct. 1) that no less than 192 civilians were killed in September in Syria, including 95 at the hands of the Russians and Assad militias. 

The report records that 6,228 civilians have been killed since the start of 2018, including 4,514 killed by Russia and Assad militias.

In September, the report adds, 192 civilians were killed. Of those, 78 civilians were killed by Assad regime, including 13 children, three women, and 41 victims who died due to torture. On the other hand, the Russians killed 17 civilians, including six children and five women.

The report adds that 17 civilians were killed by ISIS, including five children and one woman. IN addition, the report says that SDF militia killed 20 civilians, including three children and one woman.

The report stresses that the Syrian case should be referred to the International Criminal Court and all those who were involved should be held accountable.
