Russia and Assad regime intensify shelling on Idlib countryside

Idlib media center reported that 3 civilians, including a child, were killed, and others suffered injuries of varying severity from regime’s airstrikes on the Al-Tawqan town in southern Idlib countryside, while a child was killed, and others were injured after Russian aircrafts targeted the Al-Zafr town in eastern Idlib countryside.

Russian aircrafts also targeted the Tal Amara town with heat-seeking missiles, causing a woman and a child to be killed, when civil defense teams rushed to pull the victims from under the rubble.

Russian and regime’s aircrafts have targeted towns and villages of southern Idlib countryside with more than 60 airstrikes so far, while regime’s artillery and rocket launchers targeted the eastern countryside, causing civilians to sustain injuries.

In parallel, Russian aircraft launched several airstrikes with high explosive missiles against the rebel-held villages adjacent to battlefronts in northern Hama countryside, including the Al-Tufahiyah, Al-Shakusiya and Al-Rahjan.
