Tens of civilians killed by Assad airstrikes on Al-Bukamal
At least 28 people were killed Saturday (November 11) in airstrikes on the city of Bukamal in Deir al-Zour countryside on the Syrian-Iraqi border, despite Assad regime’s media claim of taking control over the whole city after pushing ISIS out of it.

Civilians’ fate in the city is still unknown in light of the heavy Assad bombardment, and the refusal of Assad and ISIS terrorists allowing them to exit.

ISIS claimed on its Amaq media arm that it recaptured most parts of Al-Bukamal.

Towns of al-Marashdeh, al-Safatna, Hawi Sousse and al-Sukkariya farms near al-Bukamal were exposed to heavy Assad-Russian bombing.

Orient Net knew that ISIS was still fighting inside Al-Bukamal which is the last stronghold of the extreme organization in Syria.

"People who are killed and airstrikes conducted on Al-Bukamal and its surroundings certainly refute Assad regime’s story of taking control of the border city," Ahmad al-Hammada, a military expert told Orient Net.
