Assad regime’s warplanes launched today (November 8) at least 10 airstrikes on towns and cities of Eastern Ghouta.
Activists said barrel and incendiary bombs were used in attacking residential areas of Harasta, a city in Damascus province.
Many people were seriously injured in the attacks, according to the Syrian Civil Defense (White Helmets).
Cities and towns in Ghouta have witnessed a significant escalation in bombing where civilians are killed on a daily basis.
5 civilians were killed yesterday, including 2 women and two children by the regime’s mortar bombs on Kafr Batna.
Eastern Ghouta was included on Sep. 15 in the de-escalation zone deal reached by the three guarantor states (Turkey, Russian and Iran).
