In preliminary death toll, Russian warplanes kill 7 civilians in Idlib

Orient News’s Hashem al-Abdullah, reporting from Idlib countryside, said, "seven civilians were immediately killed after Russian warplanes conducted a deadly airstrike on al-Tsa’a Farm in Idlib countryside."

The death toll will  increase as there are critical injuries, Orient News’s correspondent says.    

Civil defense volunteers are still recovering the bodies from under the leveled-to-the- ground houses.

Idlib was declared a de-escalation zone by the three guarantor states (Russia, Iran, Turkey) on the fifteenth of September, but no day of de-escaltion has been observed so far.
