At least 4 civilians were killed on Wednesday (March 22) immediately after Assad-Russian warplanes attacked Jisr al-Sheghoor in Idlib. Cluster bombs hit residential areas on the city located near the Turkish border, Orient News correspondent Hashem al-Abdullah said.
