Orient News correspondent, Ammar Ezz spoke to Saed Ahmad Moses, a representative of Saed Charity, and the general coordinator of conference.
"The conference is the first of its kind. We set three maps in our agenda; first, the map of teaching process, secondly, the map of needs for this process and thirdly, the map of initiatives and projects for teaching methods,” Moses explained.
“We aim in this conference at forming a body to be entrusted with coming up with strategies of the teaching methods," Moses added.
“We in the Saed charity are the organizers, but we also have international partners. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation, IHH are among our key international partners. All these bodies are working under the auspices of the Turkish Ministry of Education. Indeed, we feel that the Turkish officials are keen on succeeding this conference," Moses said when he was asked about partners.
When Orient News’ Ammar Izz asked Moses about the possibility of setting up a mechanism to monitor the results of the conference, he said there would be many conferences to be held in the future, and there would also be mechanisms to follow up the results.
It is worthy to mention that at least one hundred volunteers, in six months, have been participating in preparing this event. They are mostly Syrian academicians specialized in different fields.
