Russian warplanes perpetrated on Thursday a massacre in al-Hubeit town in Idlib southern countryside killing four civilians and injuring a number of others, while intensifying airstrikes on the towns and cities of Hama countryside.
Multiple airstrikes by Russian fighter jets targeted al-Hubeit, which claimed the lives of a whole family of a mother and three children, Orient News correspondent reported.
Activists published video footage showing the aftermath of the bombardment. The footage also shows a child crying for help as he lost his two legs.
Also, Russian jets targeted Kafr Zeita town in Hama northern countryside with an airstrike, killing one civilian and injuring a number of others, while al-Latamneh city witnessed heavy bombardment as well.
The escalation in Russian air raids comes as opposition and Assad regime representatives meet in the Kazakh capital Astana to consolidate the ceasefire in Syria with Turkey and Russia as guarantor countries.
