Assad mortar shells hit Hom’s al-Rastan

Assad terrorists targeted on Monday the city of al-Rastan in Homs northern countryside with mortar shells. Video footage published by activists showed a black smoke cloud rising from a residential building after an explosion was heard.

The attack comes as a nationwide ceasefire, brokered by Turkey and Russia and declared late December, is still in effect. While opposition fighters only retaliate when targeted, Assad regime and allied foreign militias committed dozens of breaches across Syria.
