Euphrates Shield fighters capture 4 ISIS villages in al-Bab
Fighters of the Free Syrian Army’s Euphrates Shield have taken control of 4 villages in Aleppo eastern countryside’s al-Bab after fierce clashes with ISIS terrorists.

Opposition fighters took control of Zmar, al-Amiyeh, al-Seflania and al-Maqri villages in al-Bab countryside, Orient Net learnt from special sources. After taking control of Seflania, the road to the strategic town of Beza’ will be open.  

Meanwhile, the Turkish military said in a statement on Friday that  272 ISIS targets in al-Bab have been shelled on the 157th day of Operation Euphrates Shield, killing 22 ISIS terrorists, 

According to the statement, shelling destroyed hideouts, defense positions, command control centers, weapons and vehicles used by the terrorists.

Turkish jets also hit 24 ISIS targets in al-Bab and Bza’, destroying 21 buildings used as hideouts, two so-called headquarters and an ammunition depot.

Turkey launched Operation Euphrates Shield on Aug. 24, 2016 to clear its southern border from ISIS terrorists and to prevent the PKK-affiliate terrorists from merging the eastern parts of Aleppo countryside with its western parts.
