Assad or Russian fighter jets targeted on Monday the al-Rastan city and al-Houleh town in Homs northern countryside, Orient News correspondent reported.
Ten civilians have been killed by warplanes of Assad regime or Russia’s multiple airstrikes on residential areas in al-Rastan city and al-Houleh town.
The airstrikes dropped thermobaric (vacuum) bombs on the civilian-inhabited areas, which also led to many injuries among civilians, Orient News correspondent Seifullah al-Ahmad said.
Warplanes also hit residential areas in Deir al-Fool town with vacuum bombs.
The attacks come as opposition fighters’ and Assad regime’s delegations meet today in the Kazakh capital, Astana, to stop the bloodshed in Syria, according to opposition officials.
